Job Objective Support the execution of assigned departmental activities, contributing to the achievement of operational objectives and participating in projects that drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines. Responsibilities Support the execution of daily activities within the assigned department. Participate in the development and follow-up of internal projects. Follow up on administrative and operational tasks. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions. Support the preparation of reports and information control. Collaborate with different departments and teams. Comply with the company’s internal guidelines, processes, and policies. Requirements **Education:** Currently enrolled undergraduate or engineering student (from the 5th or 6th semester onward). **Fields of Study:** Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, Human Resources, among others. **Desired Knowledge:** Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. Interest in administrative and/or operational processes. Skills Organization and attention to detail. Proactivity and initiative. Ability to learn. Teamwork. Effective communication. Adaptability.
