Their role focuses on identifying improvement opportunities, replicating trends from the digital financial ecosystem, and supporting the implementation of digital processes and tools that optimize*** ***customer experience and internal productivity.*** *Requirements* Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Design, Business, Innovation, or related field. * Graduate degree or certifications in Innovation, Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, etc. are desirable.
