Integration of field information and support in material quantification A telecommunications company with national and international presence invites you to join its team as a **Infrastructure and Structured Cabling Draftsman Technician**. **Position Objective** To develop, update, and control technical documentation, drawings, and diagrams related to the implementation of telecommunications nodes and structured cabling systems within operational facilities, ensuring technical accuracy, document control, and compatibility with existing infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and update structured cabling drawings. * Generate conduit routing and node distribution drawings. * Draw layouts of telecommunications cabinets and rooms (IDF/MDF). * Update “As-Built” drawings according to actual site progress. * Generate telecommunications service distribution diagrams. * Integrate field data collected by supervisors and technicians. * Produce construction details and installation schematics. * Support basic material quantification based on drawings. * Maintain organized digital backups of technical files. * Prepare drawings for final deliverables and documentation closeouts. * Validate project technical nomenclature, labeling, and symbology. * Support integration of technical evidence and graphical reports. **Requirements:** * Recent graduate or incomplete degree in engineering, industrial design, mechanical engineering, or related field * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Strong writing skills and ability to produce technical documentation * Good visual judgment and aesthetic conceptualization * Organization, attention to detail, and capacity for learning * Availability of time * Willingness to travel (worksite is in Hidalgo) Salary: $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Travel availability: * 75 % (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
