The **Real Estate Locator** is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision and operational management of Flix’s infrastructure in the assigned region of Mexico. This role combines infrastructure development, stakeholder management, market analysis, and project coordination to advance Flix’s expansion goals. It is a key position to ensure site accessibility, long-term planning, and alignment with public and private partners, as well as with newly identified potential areas through fieldwork. **About the Role:** * Identify potential new markets and location opportunities aligned with Flix’s expansion strategy. * Lead potential new markets and location opportunities aligned with Flix’s expansion strategy. * Oversee legal documentation validation to assess feasibility and define property accreditation strategies and contract execution. * Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams to facilitate contract formalization. * Manage and track multiple infrastructure and access projects simultaneously (10\+), ensuring timely execution and cross-departmental collaboration. * Coordinate with Business Partners, Operations, and municipal authorities to resolve infrastructure or permitting issues. * Manage contract renewals and administrative processes with precision and legal compliance. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate real estate and commercial expansion, preferably in retail, hospitality, convenience stores, or similar sectors, with a focus on site selection, land negotiation, and commercial location scouting. * In-depth knowledge of land-related documentation and legal processes (e.g., deeds, lease agreements, property tax, water services). * Willingness and ability to travel is essential. * Proficiency in English is required.
