Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: Identity and Access Analyst (IAM) **To work in CDMX, GDL, QRO, or MTY (Hybrid)** The Identity and Access Governance (IAM) Specialist plays a critical role in managing and reporting system-level server access, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and security governance. This position requires a meticulous professional capable of efficiently managing access controls in Active Directory (AD) and Red Hat (IPA) environments. Key responsibilities include evaluating and validating access requests for Windows operating systems, SQL databases, and Linux. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field * 1\-3 years of equivalent experience Conversational English **Required Technical Skills** * Experience in **identity governance**, including **risk mitigation**. * Experience working effectively with virtual and geographically dispersed teams. * User and group management in **Active Directory** and **IPA**. * Experience with **Datadog and Sentinel** (log management tools) and **ServiceNow** (service management tools). * Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (e.g., pivot tables, macros) and **PowerShell**. * Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English. **We Offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll-based employment scheme * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage up to 1 million MXN, food vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
