A prominent business group is seeking an **HR Generalist** Experience in: Recruitment and Selection, preferably in the Construction sector * Support in hiring and documentation of on-site personnel. * Control and archiving of employee files. * Support in managing labor incidents (absences, leaves, etc.). * Addressing employee needs and inquiries. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position, preferably on construction sites or in construction. * Basic knowledge of personnel administration. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively. * Proficiency in Excel and other administrative software.
