At Elegant Catering, we are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** focused on recruitment, responsible for supporting attraction, selection, and hiring processes for operational and administrative staff, ensuring timely service to candidates and internal clients, as well as handling administrative tasks related to the HR department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation. * Residence near the work location (Naucalpan, one block from Av. Primero de Mayo). **Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on digital platforms and social media. * Recruiting operational and administrative profiles. * Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. * Candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process. * Coordinating interviews with department leaders. * Requesting and validating documentation. * Managing and maintaining personnel files. * Supporting hiring and onboarding processes. * Tracking open positions and updating reports. * Participating in job fairs and field recruitment activities as required. **We offer:** * Starting salary of $11,500 net monthly * Savings fund * Daily complimentary cafeteria service * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday * Working hours from 09:00 to 19:00 * Statutory benefits Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone Application question(s): * Briefly describe your experience in the Human Resources field. * What do you consider most important in a recruitment process? * What do you consider your primary strength within the Human Resources field? * Does this job opportunity meet your financial and personal needs?
