Legal/Compliance
* Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
* Maintains records and documentation, in compliance with government guidelines
* Coordinates employee training and maintains employee training records and job descriptions for compliance with ISO procedures.
* Perform detailed investigations into sensitive, complex employee relations matters that may escalate from the site level or that are brought up from the Ethics Hotline.
* Talent Acquisition
* Coordinate staffing and recruiting activities across supported sites.
* Partner with site leadership as required to source, interview, and select direct labor, IDL, Salaried, or temporary positions in a cost effective and timely manner.
* Ensure candidates are tracked and monitored.
* Employ skill/behavioral based interviewing techniques to ensure that new hires obtain a high degree of successful performance in their roles
* Partner with staffing agencies and site leaders to ensure that Short\-term staffing needs are met
* Responsible for performing site HR portions of New Associate Orientation and communicating new associate information to other departments.

Experience and Requirements
**Education/Certifications**
*
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Business, or related discipline is required.
*
Master’s degree in human resources or labor Relations preferred
**Experience**
3\-5 years Operations/Production HR leadership experience a plus.
*
7\-10 years’ experience in human resources is desired with the role of increasing responsibility.

Read, analyze, and interpret general business and
governmental regulations.
*
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills in
English and Spanish
*
(For Mexico sites) knowledgeable in LFT, IMSS Regulations,
INFONAVIT, STPS and JCA
