Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant with a service-oriented mindset to provide attention and advisory services regarding settlements, liquidations, retirements, and social security procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Provide mass attention on matters related to **settlements, liquidations, resignations, and retirements**. * Face-to-face assistance to employees, retirees, and beneficiaries. * Advisory services regarding **compensation and benefits** (insurance, loans, incentives, etc.). * Management of procedures: **IMSS, INFONAVIT, employment letters, certificates, and payroll receipts**. * Support in inquiries, escalations, and resolution of cases involving employees and former employees.
