Your Mission at the Museum As part of our digital team, you will be responsible for bringing to life the interfaces that connect our community with Papalote’s essence—ensuring every interaction is as fluid and exciting as visiting our exhibition halls. **Your Key Challenges:** * **Transform ideas into reality:** Code responsive, high-fidelity interfaces based on prototypes (Figma/Adobe XD), always preserving our institutional identity. * **Ensure digital "playability":** Guarantee technical feasibility of designs, ensuring navigation is intuitive and fun. * **Build with purpose:** Implement reusable UI components to optimize our development processes. * **Active listening and iterative improvement:** Participate in usability testing to understand how users interact with our products and apply iterative enhancements. * **Digital inclusion:** Collaborate to ensure our platforms meet high accessibility standards (WCAG), because at Papalote, everyone is welcome. What We’re Looking For in You: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Digital Design, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Experience:** 6 months to 2 years of front\-end development experience (we highly value school or freelance projects demonstrating technical quality). **Technical Stack:** * Solid proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6\+). * Experience with at least one framework (React, Vue, or Angular). * Proficiency with design tools (Figma is our daily standard). * Git usage for version control. **Papalote DNA:** * Passion for user experience and attention to detail. * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, educators, communicators). * Genuine interest in projects with social, educational, and cultural impact. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics) to understand user behavior. * Portfolio demonstrating your coding logic and design sensibility.
