Location: Monterrey Function: Finance Sub-Function: Finance – Reporting & Accounting Contract Type: Permanent Objective: Ensure the timely and reliable generation of financial analyses that support regional planning, financial control, and strategic initiatives, strengthening business partnering with stakeholders, optimizing FP&A processes, and guaranteeing reports aligned with company standards to facilitate effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct detailed financial analyses for various OpCos, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. * Play a key role in driving transformation, standardization, and continuous process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the FP&A team. * Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports aligned with company standards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. * Work closely with OpCo finance teams to understand their reporting needs and provide customized financial insights. * Identify and implement opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and enhance reporting efficiency, leveraging digital tools as needed. * Build strong, authentic collaborative relationships with various business stakeholders. * Identify and resolve issues in complex contexts, delivering effective financial solutions. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. * Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as required, providing flexible support responsive to dynamic business needs. * Deliver results and reports within agreed SLA timelines, ensuring quality and alignment with business requirements. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree. * Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years performing financial analysis. * Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) systems. * Practical application of process knowledge from both content and technical perspectives. * Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. * Business acumen. * English proficiency: Advanced (Mandatory). * Excel proficiency: Advanced.
