A major medical and healthcare services operator is seeking talent for the position of: IT FIXED ASSET CATALOG ASSISTANT, to control and track technological assets.
What we are looking for:
\-Education: Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree in systems, computer science, administration, or related field.
\-Minimum 1 year of experience in fixed asset control or IT inventory management.
\-Knowledge of inventory management and database systems.
\-Intermediate Excel skills.
\-Familiarity with the Fixed Asset Record Form.
Key Responsibilities:
\-Registration of asset acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and assignments.
\-Labeling and lifecycle tracking of technological assets.
\-Support during internal and external asset audits.
\-Preparation of inventory reports and reconciliations.
\-Coordination with IT, Finance, and Procurement departments.
\-Ensuring compliance with asset control policies and procedures.
\-Maintaining and updating the IT fixed asset inventory (hardware, software, and licenses).
