Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Position Objective:** Develop, maintain, verify, and oversee the Financial Internal Control framework for AXA Seguros, AXA Salud, and Seguros Centauro, with the aim of minimizing operational, emerging, and cybersecurity risks related to financial reporting, under a continuous improvement approach aligned with the entity’s evolution and local and Group regulatory frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute and evaluate the Group’s Financial Internal Control (IFC) program, ensuring compliance with international standards (IFRS, Solvency II) and local regulations (CUSF, LISF, NIF) for accurate financial statement presentation. * Develop and monitor strategies to manage operational, financial, emerging, and information risks through controls, key performance indicators, and action plans; conduct end\-to\-end reviews to identify root causes and propose improvements. * Provide support to insurance company departments and subsidiaries on internal control, financial risk, and regulatory compliance matters, promoting an effective and responsible control environment. * Prepare and present periodic reports on the status of financial internal control, findings, and recommendations to Senior Management, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors to facilitate decision-making. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Auditing or related field. * Language: Intermediate/Advanced English (preferred). * Type and duration of experience: 3\-5 years in finance/control functions, preferably within the financial and/or insurance sector. * Knowledge: Accounting/Auditing, Technology control testing (preferred). * Tools: Intermediate–Advanced Excel, Database management, Power BI (preferred), SAP proficiency (preferred), Artificial Intelligence (preferred). * **Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX.** **Competencies:** * Results orientation. * Business acumen. * Organizational skills. * Inspirational motivation. **What We Offer You:** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and experience a journey that challenges you to become better every day.
