Gasoline or transportation allowance **Position: Field Collection Agent (Automotive Loan Portfolio)** **Position Objective:** Recover overdue automotive loan portfolios through direct field collection activities, establishing payment agreements with customers and ensuring achievement of the company's recovery targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct home visits to customers with outstanding automotive loan balances. * Negotiate settlement arrangements and payment agreements to regularize delinquent accounts. * Monitor and follow up promptly on payment commitments. * Locate unreachable customers through field investigation. * Verify the physical condition and location of financed vehicles. * Report daily collection results in the designated system or forms. * Meet assigned recovery targets. * Maintain professional and respectful conduct with customers at all times. **Requirements:** * Experience in field collections (preferably in automotive or financial portfolios). * Knowledge of negotiation techniques. * Route planning and fieldwork experience. * Valid driver's license (desirable). * Flexible availability. * Ability to work under performance-based objectives. **Competencies:** * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Frustration tolerance. * Responsibility and organizational skills. * Service-oriented attitude. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commission structure based on recoveries. * Gasoline or transportation allowance (subject to company policy). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth.
