FACILITY MANAGER Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineer or related degree Experience: 2 years as a Facility Manager overseeing maintenance services for real estate assets across multiple sites Standard vehicle operation and valid driver's license required **Responsibilities and Objectives** Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for the SITE in accordance with the contract. * Perform financial activities: budget administration, cost analysis, invoicing. * Supervise and coordinate maintenance crews for AA, plumbing, finishing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, and pest control. * Manage, supervise, and coordinate contractor work projects. * Propose improvement projects for the client. * Address and respond to client requests per the commercial agreement. Personal skills: Service-oriented attitude, goal achievement, project control.
