Proficiency in office tools and organizational skills **Objective:** Provide administrative and operational support to the Management Department, ensuring efficient office operations, managing visits, calls, scheduling, meetings, supplies, and infrastructure. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma, bachelor’s degree, or incomplete degree in business administration or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as executive assistant or receptionist. * Availability during working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM) **Main Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming phone calls * Greet and receive visitors and suppliers at the entrance * Manage the executive’s schedule * Handle meeting logistics: projector setup, attendee assistance, coffee breaks, etc. * Oversee general office maintenance (cleaning, repairs, etc.) * Organize and coordinate courier/messaging schedules * Manage and monitor office supplies and stationery **Skills:** * Organization and follow-up * Customer service orientation * Effective communication * Courteous and professional demeanor * Discretion and confidentiality * Proficiency in office tools (Office suite, projector, printer, telephone switchboard, etc.) If you have prior experience in similar roles and meet the above requirements, this opportunity is for you.
