Manage stakeholders and mitigate risks in technology projects **VoB Capital Humano is seeking an ERP Implementation Program Manager – MRI in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Program Manager (ERP Implementation – MRI)** -------------------------------------------- ### **Position Objective** Lead, coordinate, and supervise the transition and implementation of the **MRI Software** ecosystem across the organization. The role’s mission is to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, guaranteeing the system aligns with the operational and financial needs of the real estate business. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Lifecycle Management:** Oversee all implementation phases (Planning, Design/Configuration, Data Migration, Testing, and Go\-Live). * **Stakeholder Management:** Serve as the primary liaison between MRI vendors, the IT team, and departmental leaders (Finance, Operations, Leasing). * **Risk Mitigation:** Identify technical or process bottlenecks and establish contingency plans to prevent delays in ERP adoption. * **Data Governance:** Ensure data migration from legacy systems to MRI maintains required integrity and accuracy. * **Change Management:** Coordinate end-user training programs and ensure adoption of new functionalities (Property Management, Investment Modeling, etc.).
