As the Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient management of the warehouse, ensuring proper inventory control, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials critical to our production and construction processes. Your role will be essential to guaranteeing operational continuity and quality in our projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the receipt, arrangement, and dispatch of raw materials. * Control physical and digital inventories **(SAE).** * Coordinate with production and procurement departments to ensure material availability. * Implement best practices for storage and safety. * Lead the warehouse team and foster a culture of order and efficiency. * Prepare periodic reports on receipts, issues, and stock levels. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor in manufacturing or construction companies, or related industries. * Knowledge of handling materials such as WOOD, METAL, MDF, LAMINATE, CARPENTRY HAND TOOLS, among others. * Proficiency in inventory control systems **(Excel, SAE).** * Ability to lead teams and make decisions. * Education: Technical high school diploma, incomplete or completed degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
