Steren Building 2B Objective: To promptly diagnose, repair, and refurbish assigned products, delivering an effective and efficient response to customers according to requirements and priorities, ensuring they meet necessary specifications for resale. What will you do with us? \- Repair products under warranty. \- Report warranty status updates. \- Refurbish products for resale. \- Deliver refurbished and non-conforming products to respective departments. \- Process returns. \- Comply with established quality standards. What do you need? \- Bachelor's degree or Technical High School diploma — specialization in electronics or related field. \- Minimum 1–2 years of experience (performing component-level diagnosis and repair of electronic equipment). \- Preferably experienced in: circuit analysis, surface-mount soldering, screen replacement, operating system/firmware updates, and familiarity with home automation and CCTV equipment) \- Proficiency with job-specific tools (soldering iron, heat gun, multimeter, oscilloscope, and power supply) \- Results-oriented, highly committed, effective communicator, proactive, detail-oriented Position type: Full-time Salary: $11,720.00 – $12,300.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Transportation assistance or service * Savings box * Employee discount * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers Work location: On-site employment
