Job Profile – Electromechanical Technician **ÁNIMA VILLAGE – Cabo del Sol** Job Objective Ensure the proper operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical equipment and facilities within the commercial plaza, guaranteeing continuous and safe operation of common areas and complex equipment. Main Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment. * Supervise the operation of pumps, electrical panels, emergency power plants, and hydraulic systems. * Detect and resolve electromechanical failures promptly. * Conduct facility inspection rounds. * Follow up on maintenance reports. * Maintain order and control of tools and work materials. * Comply with established safety and operational protocols. Requirements * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in electromechanical maintenance. * Knowledge of electricity, electrical panels, pumps, and hydraulic systems. * Basic proficiency in using tools and measuring equipment. * Flexible working hours. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team.
