A major telecommunications company is seeking an **Electromechanical Project Leader**
OBJECTIVE: Design, develop, and supervise electromechanical systems — primarily electrical and air conditioning systems — for Information Technology infrastructure, ensuring correct implementation, efficiency, safety, and compliance with technical standards, as well as coordinating personnel and suppliers involved in installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design and supervision of medium- and low-voltage electrical installations
* Handling and backup support for UPS systems (single-phase, three-phase, transfer switches, backup)
* Design and operation of electrical substations
* Experience in data centers
* Knowledge of comfort and precision air conditioning systems
* Load calculations, cable sizing, and protection device selection
* Key equipment (UPSs, generators, transfer panels, condensers, CRACs, chillers, CRAHs, etc.)
* Physical grounding systems and lightning protection systems
* Cost estimation and budgeting for electromechanical projects
* Supervision and coordination of installations and contractors
TOOLS:
* AutoCAD (mandatory) — Design of electromechanical system diagrams
* Revit MEP (desirable)
* 3D design (desirable)
* Dialux or equivalent (for lighting calculations)
* ETAP or similar software (for electrical analysis)
* Advanced Excel (for electrical calculations and budgeting)
* Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
REQUIREMENTS
* Certified Electrical Engineer — Mandatory
* Team leadership experience (5–15 people, including staff, contractors, and suppliers)
* 3–5 years’ experience coordinating electromechanical projects (design, execution, and supervision)
* Ability to manage budgets and costs
* Willingness to travel nationally 1–2 times per month
* Valid driver’s license
* Working hours: Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00, Saturdays 9:00–15:00
WE OFFER
* Salary: $22,000–$28,000 Net (based on qualifications)
