Lists products, assists customers, and processes orders on digital platforms. **ZAPATERIAS LANZ is looking for your talent** **E\-COMMERCE ONLINE SALES COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in customer service or sales (preferably online). * **Experience handling orders and digital sales systems.** **Job Objective** Prepare, upload, execute, and monitor sales on digital platforms, ensuring efficient customer service, accurate order registration, and coordination with other departments to guarantee a satisfying shopping experience. **Typical Responsibilities** * List products on digital platforms. * Assist customers via digital channels (social media, chat, email). * Process orders and update the system. * Coordinate with the shipping or logistics department. * Conduct post\-sale follow\-up (feedback, complaints, returns). * Monitor inventory levels and update product listings. * Generate basic sales or incident reports. **Desirable Technical Knowledge** * Basic proficiency in e\-commerce platforms and CRM systems. * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate level preferred). * Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory). * Familiarity with automated messaging tools, social media platforms, and payment gateways. **Work Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (preferably online). * Experience handling orders and digital sales systems. **Academic Background** * Minimum education: Completed high school. * Preferred: Technical degree or studies in administration, commerce, or customer service.
