Job Objective: Ensure customer development with the goal of increasing end-consumer sales through specialized advisory services. Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: * Completed degree in administrative or related fields * Standard vehicle and **valid driver’s license / position is 95% field-based** * Flexible working hours * Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial or retail areas (NOT Grupo Modelo) * Planogram management and follow-up * Communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills * Strong focus on achieving objectives and results * Ability to interact easily with people * Organized individual * Analytical ability for decision-making * Ability to work under pressure * Service-oriented attitude MUST RESIDE IN COLIMA Responsibilities: Identify customer service needs (equipment, visibility) Prospect new clients for installation within the segment defined by Trade Marketing Negotiate with customers the implementation of the “Success Film” Support the Sales Manager in client activations Ensure the value proposition offered to the customer complies with defined parameters and delivers value to the customer Ensure business unit profitability Manage credit status with retailers We Offer: Direct employment with 100% IMSS coverage Statutory and above-statutory benefits Savings Fund Life Insurance At Heineken Mexico, we want to hear from you.
