This role will be critical in driving digital growth and business profitability, especially within the textile/fashion industry. We seek an analytical, proactive, and commercially minded individual eager to grow and develop professionally in a dynamic environment. Performance & Paid Media (ROI-focused) Planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Strategic advertising budget management with focus on ROAS and margin. In-depth KPI analysis: ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rate. E-commerce Management: End-to-end e-commerce administration (products, pricing, promotions, and inventory). Conversion rate optimization (CRO) based on behavioral analysis. Revenue, average order value, margin, and contribution tracking. Social Media Strategy: Development of digital strategy aligned with business objectives. Editorial calendar planning with a conversion focus.
