Initiative in problem analysis and resolution **Die Maker** Preventive and corrective die maintenance. ***Requirements*** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Technical training in machinery and tools * Additional studies in progressive die repair ***Knowledge and Experience*** * TIG and laser welding * Blueprint interpretation * Die maintenance * Die adjustment on machine and on bench ***Skills and Competencies*** * Excellent interpersonal skills * Punctuality and responsibility in their work area * Self-initiative in problem analysis and resolution * Teamwork * Ability to follow instructions * Technical skills * Organization in their work area * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Effective communication with the next shift colleague regarding issues related to their work area. ***Availability.*** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with availability for overtime or shift rotation. ***Location.*** El Pacifico Industrial Park.
