**Objective:** Ensure the development, optimization, and control of zinc and satin die casting processes, guaranteeing product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards. Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction through robust and reliable processes. **Responsibilities:** * Root cause elimination of problems * Execute Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) * Define Takt Times * Project implementation * Fixture and cell design * ISO 9001 & 14001 compliance * Define & optimize routings * Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes * Coordination and communication of customer complaints, corrective actions, and improvement strategy. * Monitor controls in production areas to meet specifications. * Waste reduction through implementation of improvement projects. * Effective response to issues identified in processes or with customers to ensure non-recurrence. * Increase adherence to standard work by Supervisors and FLLs. * Ensure new and/or product changes are aligned with quality requirements. * Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, standards, and systems applicable to production/service areas. **Requirements:** * Completed University Degree (Diploma) * 3–5 years of experience * Experience in similar positions * Advanced English
