Coordinate detailed design, configuration, development, and incident resolution until production deployment, adhering to established methodology and standards, to deliver the required technological solution and/or service. Consistently lead the project team in all activities associated with the solution development lifecycle. Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** in your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Ensuring development of technology solutions to meet business needs. * Evaluating functional specifications and high-level solution design to ensure system construction aligns with business requirements. * Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery to meet user expectations. * Guaranteeing that technological solution development complies with established standards and methodology to meet defined quality and performance levels. * Leading multidisciplinary teams during project execution to achieve established functional and technical goals. * Reviewing and approving estimates and quotations for assigned projects to request required budget. * Defining and requesting necessary resources from Capacity Management for project execution. * Managing and coordinating change control for technological solution production deployment. **Requirements:** * Professional Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Engineering, Systems, Communications, or related disciplines. + Knowledge of Project Administration and/or Management. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking sector. * Areas of Experience: + Leadership: Ability to lead a work team by positively motivating other team members. + Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. + Project work with committed timelines and a results-oriented focus. + Organizational and planning skills. + Development and tracking of work plans and budget line items. + Experience in Mainframe Altamira or similar environments. + Basic knowledge of banking business operations. + Preferred knowledge of deposit modules: - Altamira, Term Investments, Checking Accounts, Checks, Domis, Payroll, Accounting Ledgers. * Required Knowledge: * Languages: + Spoken English: 40%, Reading English: 80% * Willingness to Travel: N/A * Willingness to Relocate: N/A At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
