**3D DISPLAY DESIGNER** Demoños Agency Mexico City, CDMX **SKILLS** 3D Industrial Design Blueprint Reading **EDUCATION** Industrial Design, Architectural Design, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Completed Bachelor's Degree or Professional License in process Portfolio required (mandatory) **JOB INFORMATION** Monthly salary: $15,000 to $17,500 depending on experience Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Minimum experience: 3–5 years (mandatory) Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM Direct hiring by the company, with career growth opportunities. **FULL JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking an Industrial Designer specialized in 3D—highly creative and committed to work quality—prepared to take on creative challenges within a dynamic and collaborative environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Receiving and interpreting client briefs * Developing conceptual and creative design solutions * 3D modeling and rendering of proposals * Presenting proposals to clients * Preparing general blueprints for productive development in 3D design, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to **very tight deadlines**. * Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards. * Efficiently managing multiple concurrent projects, proactively resolving any deviations. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience in 3D display design, minimum 3–5 years * Advanced proficiency in design software: Rhino, V-Ray rendering, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office. * Ability to interpret and adapt blueprints or sketches for quotation and budget optimization * Comprehensive understanding of all aspects involved in delivering BTL event projects **IDEAL CANDIDATE** * Proactive, capable of creatively, independently, and effectively solving problems under pressure. * Exceptional attention to detail and results-oriented mindset. * Strong self-management skills in virtual environments, with a strong sense of commitment and urgency. * Demonstrated experience managing design projects from conceptualization through final execution. * Strong moral character and values, excellent attitude Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $17,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance Application question(s): * How do you ensure attention to detail when working on multiple projects simultaneously?
