As a Data Science Consultant, you will play a critical role in converting data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. **Responsibilities** * Lead the development and implementation of ML/AI solutions, offering both technical expertise and strategic guidance * Design responsible AI systems tailored to client requirements through comprehensive planning and evaluation * Drive AI integration across organizational departments, shaping new products and solutions * Analyze complex business challenges to demonstrate the value of ML/AI solutions * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers, mentoring and empowering teams to maximize their capabilities * Track advancements in ML/AI technologies, promoting innovative strategies compatible with regulatory frameworks * Coordinate communication among business, legal, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions * Develop ML solutions while managing project scopes and overseeing teams from pre\-sales to delivery * Build and nurture client relationships to maintain satisfaction and efficient communication * Engage with senior stakeholders to foster organizational commitment to AI adoption * Support sales and pre\-sales initiatives by exploring data opportunities, addressing RFPs, and preparing proposals **Requirements** * 8\+ years of experience in IT with extensive background in Data Science * 3\+ years of leadership roles such as Lead, Manager, or Architect in Agile or hybrid environments * Management experience with teams of 20\+ professionals * Completion of at least five full project cycles or major product launches * Extensive leadership expertise in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and AI * Showcase of designing and executing ML/AI solutions * Knowledge of Machine Learning, including deep learning, statistical methodologies, and diverse ML models * Capability to engage senior stakeholders and secure project funding or support * Competency in conveying complex technical concepts to varied audiences * Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow * Understanding of translating business requirements into scalable ML/AI solutions * Familiarity with regulatory environments or experience in regulated industries * Background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) * Advanced proficiency in English for clear communication and professional relationship building **Nice to have** * Showcase of additional certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning * Experience leading AI\-related workshops or making public presentations
