You must comply with the Guidelines of the Responsible Verification Program issued by the Secretariat of Environment and Territorial Development—currently in effect—as well as adhere to standards established by DEKRA Organization. **Your responsibilities:** * Provide customer/user service upon reception * Address complaints, suggestions, and claims (if applicable) * Perform duties under supervision of the CVR Manager * Ensure accurate technical information is entered into the Responsible Verification Center’s system **What you bring:** * Ability to integrate effectively into teams * Commitment to customer service **Desirable qualifications:** * High school diploma or technical high school diploma.
