You will continuously maintain and improve data storage and processing systems, implement security and compliance practices, and automate ETL processes to ensure data integrity, availability, and efficiency—enabling informed decision-making and business growth. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines. Core technical skills: ETL, Data Modeling, AWS Services, GIT, Programming, Big Data tools, API protocols * Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark. * **Someone who speaks “business”:** Ability to sit with a user and understand accounting or transaction rules. * **Rule Translation:** Ability to translate complex business rules into data transformation logic. * **Strong composure and assertive communication.** **Your Responsibilities:** * Lead the integration of data from multiple sources. * Handle data preparation and data mining. * Direct data transformation according to technical and business rules. * Design and develop data pipelines for data extraction and ingestion. * Manage data modeling and creation of ERMs. * Manage sizing and performance testing for final data consumption layers. * Define processes and best practices for data ingestion, ETLs, temporary tables, stored procedures, data warehouses, and/or semantic integrations.
