Collaborate in translating business requirements into solutions **Join our team as a Data Architect!** At excelia, a multinational consulting, technology, and services firm with over 25 years of experience and presence in more than 50 countries, we are looking for a **Data Architect** with strong expertise in cloud-based data ecosystems and Microsoft Azure architecture. **Work Mode:** 100% Remote **Contract Type:** Freelance **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures on Microsoft Azure. * Define and implement Azure Landing Zones and cloud architecture best practices. * Design and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory. * Develop integration strategies based on microservices and event-driven architectures. * Implement security controls, identity management, and secret handling using Azure Key Vault. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. * Lead technical decisions and provide mentorship to other engineers. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- Cloud \& Architecture * Advanced proficiency in Azure Architecture Center and Azure Landing Zones. * Solid experience designing cloud-based data architectures. * Knowledge of Networking: VNETs, Firewalls, and ExpressRoute. Data Management * Advanced experience with Azure Data Factory. * Advanced SQL. * Proficiency with JSON and XML formats. * Experience with SQL Database, Blob Storage, and Table Storage. Security * In-depth knowledge of NAM (Network Access Management). * Secret management using Azure Key Vault. Integration and Automation * Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps. * Event-driven and microservices architectures.
