(Near Plaza del Sol) Schedule: * Mon\-Fri: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Experience: 1 year * Customer service, International Logistics, Traffic. * Order tracking, transfers, and response times Responsibilities: * Customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp * Manage and track sales orders, coordinating registration, processing, and monitoring of requests. * Ensure accurate and timely submission of export documentation to North America * Maintain constant communication and coordination with customers, internal departments, and logistics operators.
