We are looking for: **CSIRT Response Engineer** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field (degree completed). **Knowledge of:** * SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, XDR, Windows operating systems, Kali Linux, Debian. * Networking, Linux, Windows, cybersecurity, antivirus, EDR, websites. **Experience in:** * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions or roles. * Experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, and security tool management. * Familiarity with threat monitoring and detection tools (antivirus, EDR, XDR). * Ability to follow established technical and operational procedures. * Proficiency with SIEM tools and intrusion detection systems. * Technical support and end-user assistance. * CCFA Crowdstrike certification is desirable. **Objective:** Ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the organization’s systems and data. Act to guarantee monitoring, response, and optimization of the security infrastructure, coordinating actions to mitigate risks and improve the cybersecurity posture of managed tools. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and analysis of security tools (EDR, XDR, SIEM, Firewall). * Basic collection and real-time analysis of security incident data. * Responding to and coordinating containment, eradication, and recovery from security incidents, following established protocols and documenting each case. * Managing and optimizing the implementation of security solutions, ensuring their proper operation and updates. * Participating in incident response following predefined guidelines and ensuring operational continuity. * Collaborating with other teams (IT, development, compliance) to integrate security best practices into projects and daily operations. * On-site work with the client. **Skills:** * Interest in technology and cybersecurity topics, eagerness to learn, analytical and problem-solving ability. * Responsible, organized, motivated, empathetic, and proactive. * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. **We offer:** * Career development plan and growth opportunities within the organization. * Quarterly performance-based bonuses. * Bonus for obtaining certifications. * Reimbursement for courses and certifications.
