




We are looking for a **Coordination Assistant** to provide operational and administrative support to the General Coordination, Human Resources Management, Process Supervision, and Continuous Improvement Supervision. This position is **multifunctional**, focused on activity tracking, information control, and support for key internal organizational processes. **Responsibilities** * Support the General Coordinator in organizing and tracking activities. * Provide administrative support to Human Resources Management. * Assist with documentation, review, and tracking of internal processes. * Collaborate in tracking continuous improvement plans and indicators. * Prepare reports, presentations, and consolidated information. * Track agreements, tasks, and interdepartmental commitment dates. * Support meeting coordination and minutes preparation. * Maintain organized and up-to-date administrative and operational information. * Perform various tasks as required by the department. **Competencies and Requirements** * Age: 23 to 30 years. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Excellent personal presentation. * Sound judgment and decision-making ability. * Focus on execution and performance. **Offer** * Net monthly salary: $10,000.00 * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (including one-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Paid training. * Work tools.
