**JOB OPENING – COOK (HOT STATION) \| EVENING SHIFT** We are looking for a responsible, committed individual with experience to join our kitchen team in the hot station during the evening shift. **Main responsibilities:** * Preparation of foods such as sandwiches, tortas, pizzas, molletes, burros, and pastas. * Handling and preparation of beef cuts and grilled foods. * Organization and cleaning of the work area according to hygiene standards. * Teamwork to ensure fast order delivery times and high service quality. * Handling high order volumes during peak demand hours. * Proper use of kitchen equipment, utensils, and uniforms. **Schedule:** * 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM **We offer:** * Weekly bonuses (up to $600\) * Weekly cash tips ($800 to $1,300\) * Uniforms (chef hats, bandanas, aprons, and filipinas) * Positive work environment and job stability * FONACOT, INFONAVIT, and Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in hot station kitchens. * Experience working under pressure. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. * Must reside in the southern part of the city.
