Position Summary: We are seeking talent for the Control Desk and Technical Support position, responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of computer equipment at a logistics operator. Ticket registration and remote support We are a rapidly growing logistics operator with nationwide presence, primarily in the cities of Monterrey, Querétaro, Mérida, Guadalajara, and CDMX. Due to our growth, we are looking for your talent to fill the position of: Control Desk and Technical Support. You only need: Age: 22 years or older Experience: At least 6 months within the field (social service or professional internships in technical support or control desk are considered) Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computing, Computer Systems, Networks, or related field (student or graduate) Responsibilities: · Initial configuration of new or reinstalled computer equipment. · Installation of printers on computer equipment. · Configuration of Office licensing. · Performing backups of information assets from computer equipment. · Drafting necessary documentation for validation of computerized systems, reports, and maintenance schedules for equipment. · Ticket registration on the corporate ticketing website for the IT department. · Remote support via desktop remote applications such as AnyDesk. · Extraction of recordings from company NVRs and DVRs. \- Ethernet RJ45 cable crimping\.
