Excellent professional environment within a growing financial institution **Human Factor is seeking a Comptroller in Bosques De Las Lomas \- Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Ciudad de México** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Comptroller (Non\-banking Financial Sector \| SOFOM \| CDMX )** A leading non\-banking financial institution (SOFOM) is currently seeking a **Comptroller / Director of Administration** to join its executive team as a key member, with significant impact on the organization’s financial, regulatory, and strategic management. This position reports directly to General Management and the Board of Directors, and is responsible for ensuring comprehensive financial control, regulatory compliance, and robust risk management within a regulated environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Oversee **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings**, in accordance with CNBV standards. * Supervise the **Finance Manager** and **Financial Analysts**, ensuring team performance and development. * Present **financial reports and analyses** to the Board of Directors and funding partners. * Design and maintain the **internal control system**, including policies, procedures, and risk matrices. * Ensure **regulatory compliance** with CNBV, Condusef, SAT, and Banxico. * Manage **treasury operations**, cash flow, liquidity, and funding lines. * Lead relations with **external auditors** and coordinate internal audits. * Participate in **Risk and Audit Committees**. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (postgraduate studies preferred). * **8 to 12 years of experience** in financial roles within non\-banking financial institutions. * Prior experience in **external auditing (Big 4 or mid\-tier firms)** focused on the financial sector (preferred). * Solid knowledge of: + CNBV accounting and reporting + Credit portfolio and preventive provisions + AML / CFT (Anti\-Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism) + Funding, covenants, and relationships with funding partners * Ability to interact effectively with the **Board of Directors**. * Analytical, organized profile with strong executive communication skills. ### **We Offer** * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with senior SOFOM profiles. * Potential for an **annual bonus** and enhanced benefits based on company structure. * A strategic role offering **high visibility and influence** over key business decisions. * Professional stability and growth opportunities toward positions such as **Senior Comptroller or CFO**. * Excellent professional environment within a growing financial institution. **Apply through this channel and take the next step in your career within the financial sector.** **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher \- completed **Desired experience level:** Managerial level **Departmental function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Accounting *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fbc11d3100006b00b487c7\&source\=indeed*
