Job Summary: We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Process Leader to transform manufacturing processes in the metal-mechanical (aerospace) sector. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the development of a continuous improvement culture. 2. Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen. 3. Redesign and analysis of operational processes. Leading Company in the **METAL-MECHANICAL (AEROSPACE)** Sector Seeks: **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROCESS LEADER** Minimum 5 years of experience as responsible for implementing Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing processes to transform manufacturing processes in automotive or aerospace metal-mechanical companies. Experience in: 1\. Leading the development of a continuous improvement culture. 2\. Designing the KPI monitoring system for overall Operations. 3\. Ensuring execution of Kaizen System projects. 4\. Implementing the 6S system. 5\. Redesigning the plant layout. 6\. Analyzing operational processes to assess redesign opportunities. 7\. Developing and executing plant transformation project proposals. Knowledge: \- Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen) \- Yellow, Green, Black Belt \- ERP: SAP, ORACLE or similar. \- Data Analysis: Power BI, Tableau or similar. \- MS Project Education: Engineering Languages: \- English: Business-level conversation Work Arrangement: Mode: IN-PERSON Location: APODACA (Airport) We Offer: Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 \+ Benefits exceeding legal requirements (grocery vouchers, savings fund, etc.) Salary: $50,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
