Location: Terra Business Park, La Pradera, El Marqués, Qro. Position: Full-time. Responsibilities: * Verify on-site that construction work is carried out according to the agreed project plan. * Ensure that materials used meet technical specifications. * Monitor activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and safety norms. * Record performed activities, physical progress, incidents, and resources utilized. * Take photographic evidence, compile and submit reports, etc. Requirements * Minimum education: Technician in Hydrosanitary Systems, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 1 year (preferred) in hydraulic construction projects or similar. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to read and interpret blueprints; knowledge of hydraulic construction standards (NOMs, CONAGUA, CEA, etc.); AutoCAD. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility. * Ability to drive a standard vehicle and hold a Class B or A driver's license. Salary and Benefits * Salary: $14,000 MXN per month (net). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund: 7%. * Opportunity for career advancement.
