Location: Terra Business Park, La Pradera, El Marqués, Qro. Position: Full-time. Responsibilities: * Verify on-site that construction works are carried out according to the agreed project. * Ensure that materials used meet technical specifications. * Monitor that activities comply with applicable regulations, quality and safety standards. * Record performed activities, physical progress, incidents, and resources used. * Take photographic evidence, integrate and submit reports, etc. Requirements * Minimum education: Technical degree in Hydrosanitary Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience: 1 year (preferred) in hydraulic works or similar projects. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to read and interpret blueprints; knowledge of hydraulic construction standards (NOMs, CONAGUA, CEA, etc.); AutoCAD. * Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility. * Ability to drive a standard vehicle and possession of Class B or A driver's license. Salary and Benefits * Salary: $14,000 MXN per month (tax-free). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Savings fund contribution: 7%. * Growth opportunities.
