We want you to become part of our team! **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Diagnose and resolve point-of-sale (POS) failures (thermal printers, pin\-pad devices, scanners, CPUs, keyboards, and monitors). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and printers. * Install and configure CCTV systems. * Configure networks. * Prepare and replace equipment. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, Computer Maintenance, or incomplete studies in Systems Engineering or related field. * Age: 22 years or older. * Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in technical support. * Passion for informatics and technology. * Residence in Oaxaca de Juárez, Oaxaca**.** **SKILLS:** * Professional appearance and strong communication skills. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to interact effectively with others. **WE OFFER:** * **Monthly salary:** $13,000 MXN to $14,000 MXN (gross). * **Statutory benefits.** * **Work schedule:** Weekly rotating shifts.
