**Job Objective** Provide comprehensive, timely, and efficient technical support by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment, systems, peripherals, and video surveillance systems (CCTV), ensuring operational continuity, technological security, and proper functioning of the organization’s IT infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical failures. * Address and resolve first- and second-level incidents. * Diagnose, configure, and maintain computer equipment, operating systems, CCTV systems, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment. * Identify recurring failures and propose technical improvements. * Provide on-site and remote user support. * Document incidents, solutions, and procedures. * Assist with technology asset inventory and control. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Systems, Computer Science, or Computing. * Level A2 – Ability to understand basic technical documentation and conduct technical support calls. * Minimum 2 years in a similar position. * Experience in technical support, equipment maintenance, and user assistance. * Experience with CCTV systems (desirable). * Inventory management skills. **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve technical problems. * Organization and time management. * Customer service orientation. * Critical and structured thinking. * Basic electronics knowledge. * Fault diagnosis using error codes or indicators. * Fundamental networking knowledge. * Ability to perform basic software adjustments. **We Offer** * $11,000–$13,000 net monthly, depending on experience. * Statutory benefits. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (with availability for urgent incidents). **Location** Cumbres, N.L.
