Job Summary: We are seeking a Computer Technician or Systems Engineer with experience in network design and configuration, advanced technical support, security, system monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance for a technology solutions company. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in LAN/WAN network design and configuration 2. Incident resolution and advanced technical support (Level 1 and Level 2) 3. Implementation of security solutions using firewalls and VPNs, and system monitoring **Professional Profile:** Computer Systems Technician or University-Level Senior Technician, or Telecommunications and Information Technology Engineer, or Computer Science Engineer, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. **Operational position.** **Responsibilities.** **Network Design and Configuration**: Implement local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) architectures by configuring devices such as switches, routers, and access points. **Advanced Technical Support (Level 1 and Level 2\)**: Resolve incidents including remote connectivity failures or server-related issues. **Security and Monitoring**: Implement security policies using firewalls and VPNs, and use monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix or Nagios) to anticipate failures. **Support in installation of diverse hardware**, LED displays, and professional monitors. **Infrastructure Maintenance**: Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for hardware and software, including Voice over IP (VoIP) and storage management. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a valid driver’s license, are able to operate vehicles, and are available to travel to various projects across the country. Work at heights.
