Currently seeking: **Computer Systems Technician** **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) (Title preferred) * Experience as a Routing and Switching Engineer and IP Telephony Engineer, or On-Site/Field Technical Support Engineer with experience in Microwave (MW) and GPON * 2 years of experience **Responsibilities:** * Handling Layer 3 and Layer 2 failures, as well as voice-related issues * Handling failures involving HSUs or ONTs * Hardware replacement * Operating system management * Customer service * Problem resolution (networking) * Fieldwork **We Offer:** * Net salary: $12,000 to $14,000 * Statutory benefits * Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 1 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
