ERP system handling and operational procurement planning. **We invite you to join our team!** **Global FM – Leader in Industrial Plant Maintenance Services** **Position:** **Purchaser (Requisitioner / Procurement)** **Requirements:** · Industrial Engineer / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. · Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement departments. · Comprehensive experience in the procurement process (planning, purchase order generation, tracking, and system registration). · Valid Class C driver’s license. **Responsibilities:** · Plan and execute the procurement process. · Negotiate with suppliers (cost, quality, and delivery timelines). · Strictly and promptly track requirements, purchase orders, and deliveries. · Manage creation and tracking of purchase orders in the system (SAP or similar). · Maintain effective internal communication to ensure requirement fulfillment. · Ensure control, organization, and traceability of procurement-related information. · Generate reports and KPIs. **Technical Knowledge:** · Excel · ERP system handling · Operational procurement planning · Industrial materials and spare parts (maintenance, electrical, etc.) with an automotive industry focus **Key Competencies:** · Results-oriented · Organized · Clear and effective communication · Analytical ability and decision-making skills · Self-directed Work Location: Kia Park Salary: $18,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
