Summary: This role involves ensuring the procurement of quality goods at optimal prices and conditions, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to operational efficiency. Highlights: 1. Ensure timely delivery of materials for assembly processes 2. Negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and service 3. Collaborate with technical staff during design and quotation stages **Objective:** Ensure the procurement of quality goods at the best prices and conditions through supplier research, purchase order creation, and delivery tracking, contributing to operational efficiency and inventory control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure that materials, equipment, and supplies are ordered and delivered on time to meet assembly process requirements. * Collaborate with technical staff during the design stages and throughout the quotation process. * Plan for the timely sourcing and supply of materials. * Manage non\-conformities in coordination with the Quality Department. * Provide timely follow\-up on purchasing and operational processes. * Offer logistical support when necessary. * Analyze information and prepare reports. * Negotiate with suppliers and select the most suitable ones to ensure standards in price, quality, and service. **Profile:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field * Advanced English proficiency * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within automation, electronics, or automotive companies (required) * Strong knowledge of machining processes and materials (required) * Negotiation and data analysis skills * Software: Office 365 and experience with an MRP system Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Indefinido Sueldo: $1\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Estacionamiento de la empresa * Seguro de gastos médicos mayores * Seguro de vida * Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo * Vales de despensa Experiencia: * Compras : 5 años (Deseable) * empresas de automatización o integradoras: 3 años (Deseable) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
