Job Summary: We are seeking a digital marketing and content creation specialist to drive lead generation and brand positioning using AI. Key Highlights: 1. At Genotipo, we seek someone who does more than just post and chase likes — someone who understands how content impacts lead generation, brand positioning, and business growth. * Salary: **10,000\.00 (MXN) \- 12,000\.00 (MXN) per month.** * Compensation Structure: **Base Salary \+ Statutory Benefits \+ Additional Benefits.** * Working Hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.** * Work Modality: **On-site in Querétaro.** * Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.** * Proven Experience: **Minimum 1 year.** **What Will You Do in This Role?** You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing strategic content for diverse brands, ensuring each piece serves a clear purpose within the digital ecosystem. * Planning and management of social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms). * Creation, execution, and measurement of paid advertising campaigns. * Research on trends, competitors, and users’ digital behavior. * Development of creative ideas aligned with marketing objectives. * Analysis of metrics, interpretation of data, and report generation. * Collaboration with design, media buying, and strategy teams. * Use of AI tools to optimize processes and content. **What Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. * Creativity with a strategic focus (ideas with impact and purpose). * Proactivity and results orientation. * Knowledge of social media algorithms and platform functionality. * Experience in creating, executing, and measuring paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). * Ability to manage brands across different industries. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Strong teamwork and clear communication skills. **Send your CV to:** unete@genotipo.com Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
