**Objective:**
Develop students' ability to manage and build successful online businesses by providing them with tools and knowledge in marketing, technology, logistics, security, and legal aspects, preparing them to face challenges and seize opportunities in the digital marketplace.
**Your main responsibilities will be:**
* Design the teaching syllabus and learning units.
* Define objectives, content, teaching methods, and evaluation criteria.
* Organize resources and time for the educational process.
**To succeed, you need:**
* Education: Degree and professional license in International Relations, International Business, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
* A master’s degree is a plus.
* Experience: 2–3 years of teaching experience.
* Familiarity with systems and platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar is desirable.
**Competencies:**
* Design classes that foster critical thinking, creativity, and participation.
* Demonstrate empathy, patience, and conflict resolution skills.
* Digital and technological proficiency.
