Objective-based work in a dynamic environment TotalPlay is looking for your talent We seek a person passionate about collections and service Work location: **Centrum Park, Tlalnepantla.** Your responsibilities: * Achieve recovery targets for non-paying portfolios. * Manage Early-Stage portfolios via telephone outreach, messages, emails, etc., for customers who cannot be located and/or refuse payment, as assigned by central collections. * Report findings, causes, and/or reasons for non-payment. * Conduct timely follow-ups with customers until payment is completed. Requirements: * 6 months of collections experience. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience working under objective-based performance systems.
