Workplace: **Centrum Park, Tlalnepantla.** Your responsibilities: * Achieve recovery objectives for non-payment portfolios. * Manage early-stage accounts of unlocated customers and/or customers refusing payment—assigned by central collections—via telephone outreach, messages, emails, etc. * Report findings, causes, and/or reasons for non-payment. * Conduct timely follow-ups with customers until payment is completed. Requirements: * 6 months of experience in collections. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience working toward performance targets.
